Precautions for using spherical bearings with seats

The bearing accuracy is the same as that of ordinary bearings, with high rotational performance and good high-speed performance.
The most suitable automatic centering structure for matching: The ball bearing with seat can be automatically adjusted through the outer diameter surface bearing of the ball and the bearing box with the ball bearing seat. Therefore, it can automatically adjust the shaft deflection caused by shaft bending and eccentricity, so that the bearing cannot withstand abnormal loads, thereby ensuring the original life of the bearing. The outer surface of the bearing has been ground and the spherical bearing seat of the main bearing box has also been high-precision processed on a boring machine. Therefore, the matching effect of the bearing and the bearing box has achieved good centering performance.
High tightness: Due to the installation of an oil seal on the outer ring of the bearing and an oil slinger on the inner ring of the bearing, the partial bearing pedestal achieves a multiplier effect, effectively preventing the smooth grease inside the bearing from leaking outward, and preventing external dust, water, and other intrusion into the smooth grease inside the bearing, as well as providing a good supplement to the smooth grease inside the bearing. When used in harsh environments such as dust, moisture, high humidity, and high temperatures, regular addition of new grease can ensure that the bearings are in a smooth state, thereby extending the service life of the bearings.
High rigidity and high strength bearing box: Optimized design of rolling bearing support box is adopted to reduce deformation caused by stress concentration and load. Moreover, high-quality materials selected through high-strength casting process or stamping processing technology cannot be consumed, and can be easily installed and used: various types of roller bearings with seats can be directly installed on the main body of the mechanical installation through several screws for direct use.
Regardless of the type of bearing pedestal steel, there are also application limits, such as temperature. When the bearing bush is in use, assuming that the mold temperature is too high, it is easy to cause premature cracking on the surface of the mold core. Some bearing seats may even have more than 2000 mold cracks, resulting in large areas. So that the bearing seat changes color due to excessive temperature of the bearing seat during use.
Through measurement, it reaches over 400 degrees. At this temperature, release agents are prone to cracking in cold conditions, and consumer products are also prone to deformation, strain, and mold adhesion. When using cooling water for the bearing pedestal, the use of mold release agent can be greatly reduced, so that operators do not use mold release agent to reduce the temperature of the bearing pedestal.
Its advantages are to extend the service life of the bearing seat, save the die casting cycle, improve production quality, reduce mold adhesion and strain, and reduce the use of release agents. At the same time, it reduces the loss of the ejector pin and core caused by overheating of the bearing seat temperature.
When starting to use, stop preheating the bearing block to avoid sudden contact between the cold bearing block and liquid metal, which may cause cracks. The messy bearing seat can be used with a blowtorch, liquefied gas, and a mold temperature machine in good conditions. Compared to simple bearing blocks, slow pressure preheating can be used.
