Many people use improper installation methods for bearings, resulting in damage to the adapter sleeve. Therefore, how to install the bearings correctly,? I hope to have a more comprehensive understanding of the installation and disassembly of bearings:

Remove the bearing collar, apply a thin coat of paint that is recommended for corrosion resistance and creep, and cooperate with surface friction to prevent corrosion. Loosen the fixing bracket bolts. Take out the bearing. Please note that one end of the sleeve shaft is tightened before demolition. The bearing shaft bolts on the other side of this section are loose, so try not to strength or damage each other's bearings. First, use an Allen wrench to loosen the eccentric sleeve of the locking screw, place the eccentric in the sink hole on the roof, and use a small iron bar to loosen the eccentric sleeve of the rotary shaft.

The correct installation and use of the fastening sleeve is very important. I hope everyone can use the correct installation method in the future. For installation, choose mechanical, hydraulic, or other methods of heating based on its type and size. Install a bearing force applied instead of rolling from a circle, tighten the sleeve collar, or possibly cause damage to the raceway. However, in any case, you cannot directly excavate the bearing races, cages, rolling bodies, or seals.

1. Install eccentric. First, tighten the steps on the sleeve and tighten the eccentric sleeve condom along the rotating shaft by hand. Then insert a small iron bar or place it in the sink hole to withstand eccentricity. The bearing fastening sleeve is hammered by a small iron rod rotating along the axis. Install the eccentric sleeve firmly and finally lock the eccentric hexagon screw.

2. Fix the fastening sleeve without tightening the bolts, and the bearing outer sleeve rotates inside the bearing. Then tighten the bolts and install a bearing seat. Rotate the other end of the shaft several times to automatically locate the bearing itself.

3. Fasten the bearing housing bearing and bearing lubrication paint, and then assemble the bearing and bearing sleeve on the shaft. Push to the position required for installation.

Before installing the fastening sleeve shaft, the fixed pin bearing sleeve must be removed, and the journal journal surface must be smooth, polished, rustproof, oiled, and lubricated (the bearing on the shaft allows slight rotation).
