1. Ensure cleanliness of the work area. Search to ensure that the bearing positions are of all sizes and shapes. The shaft should be machined to the required tolerances for easy assembly of the locking sleeve and installed with a lead chamfer of approximately 3mm x 15 degrees.
2. Search to ensure the roughness of the bearing seat surface. Whether the three-dimensional (flatness) public service meets the required grade. Ensure that the assembly details are clean. If the assembly details are painted, the paint must be removed. If the gasket is manipulated, all details must cover the gasket, and the hypothetical assembly profile must be able to follow the actual load, cloud, and fit the assembly.
3. Assemble all components located between the two bearing blocks on the shaft. If the bearing is installed on the locking sleeve, its position relative to the bearing seat should be judged.
4. Ensure that the connection details of the bearing pedestal have been cleaned of paint and contaminants. Place the bearing pedestal on the bearing pedestal surface. Install the connecting bolts, but do not tighten them.
5. Assemble the seal. Check whether the O-ring and hollow O-ring differentiation rubber belt are separately embedded in the correct position in the groove.
6. The bearing adapter manufacturer thinly coats the shaft with oil. Install the seal in the correct position. Install the shaft on the shaft - directly on the road shaft or operate the locking sleeve.
7. Push the second seal to the correct position on the shaft as described in point 6 (if using a stepped shaft, install the spacer ring first). If the bearing block is used at the shaft end, omit the second seal and insert the inner side of the end cap into the seal groove of the bearing block.
8. Install the second bearing and bearing housing as described in 3 to 7 above.
9. Place the shaft with two bearing and seal assemblies into the base of the two bearing pedestals. For positioning end bearing configurations and arrangements using CA RB ring roller bearings, a positioning ring is placed on each side of the bearing.
10. Carefully align the bearing pedestal base. Then, fasten the connecting bolts on the two bearing blocks.
11. Apply a layer of silicone resin or equivalent oil resistant sealing paste to the split surface of the bearing block along the external outline line and around the hole. Then place the upper covers of the two bearing blocks on their respective bases, and tighten the upper cover bolts (connecting the upper cover and the base) according to the specified torque in Table 1. The upper cover and base of one bearing block cannot be interchanged with the upper cover and base of other bearing blocks. The upper cover and base of each bearing block should be searched for accuracy.
12. Search the alignment of the two bearing blocks, conditionally add misalignment, and fully tighten the connecting bolts on the bases of the two bearing blocks. The recommended tightening torque is shown in.
13. When installing the seal assembly on the side of the bearing pedestal, fully tighten the screws on the outside of the end cover. Install and tighten the seal assembly assembly screws. If an end cap is installed.
14. If oil bath lubrication is operated, an oil level observation window should be installed. When circulating oil lubrication is operated, connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes to the bearing block. Note: Be sure to apply equivalent sealant to the threads of all accompanying accessories.)
15. When operating oil bath lubrication, the visiting window should be led and the amount of oil should be measured. For installed bearings. The search oil level must be checked when the equipment is not running. Recommended oil level.
16. Important note: For oil bath lubrication, do not exceed the oil level, otherwise it may cause oil leakage in the bearing pedestal. For circulating oil lubrication, the primary oil outlet pipe can normally lift the oil in the bearing seat to prevent excessive oil in the bearing seat.
17. The oval bearing seat assembly shall be exempt from negative pressure exerted by four equipment.
18. The day after tightening the upper cover and connecting bolts, check to ensure that the correct torque is maintained.
